We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Have you checked out Harvester Kitchen by Bryan yet? Here’s a look at the beef tenderloin with smoked onion jam, soubise (an onion sauce) and crispy shallots.

Daily Clean Food & Drink has new salads. This is the Whole 30-friendly Harvest Chicken Salad.

There’s also a vegan Greek veggie salad. Both are made in small batches and available while supplies last.

Monk’s Ale House has a new featured pizza, which brings in some  early harvested flavor: spring pea pesto, asparagus, chicken, red pepper flakes, crushed black pepper, lemon zest and, of course, mozzarella.

Brought back by popular demand at Minervas: Beef tartare, made with minced USDA prime beef, salt-cured egg yolk, lime juice, horseradish, Spanish oil and green onion. It’s now a seasonal chef’s feature after debuting on the Restaurant Week menu. The dish will be available for “at least a month or so, maybe longer based on guests’ feedback,” Minervas said.
