Apartments on the Move: Look inside more than a dozen apartment communities ready for new residents

Whether you’re looking for an amenity-filled community, an affordable apartment or one that feels more like a single-family home, they’re waiting in and around Sioux Falls this fall.

Our latest edition of Apartments on the Move takes you inside a dozen places that are ready or almost ready for you to move in before the end of the year.

For example, on the east side of Sioux Falls, The Rowe on 57th has some rare availability.

“Right now, we’ve got a lot of one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms available,” property manager Cody Darley said.

“We’re right on 57th Street, so it’s easy to get anywhere, and it’s just residential on this side, so there’s not a lot of through traffic, plus we have a 24-hour gym and a pool area in the summer.”

On the west side of Sioux Falls, residents will find options for many budgets at Windsor Heights in the area of 49th Street and Marion Road.

All apartments have been updated, as well as a community building that includes an outdoor pool.

“We have newer townhomes that were built in 2016, so there are a lot of interesting floor plans with that, as well as the apartments. They’re really large,” property manager JD Miller said. “And they’re also at a really great price point.”

And in Harrisburg, Sawyer Pointe offers a chance to live in the growing community, with lots of on-site amenities.

“There are so many different food options in Harrisburg now, restaurants. We’re in close proximity to Sioux Falls,” property manager Elizabeth Bertrand said. “You have the small-town feel, but you’re still close enough you can go downtown (in Sioux Falls) easily, and there’s Walmart five minutes away.”
