4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The new Summer Sensations featured menu at 22Ten Kitchen Cocktails includes Fish Tacos. Three flour tortillas are filled with bronzed mahi-mahi, sweet pepper slaw, feta, citrus crema and scallions. They’re served with coriander salsa and white corn tortilla chips.

Here’s a summer salad filled with fuel for your body and mind. The Attic Bar & Grill’s new Bill of Fare featured menu includes the Salmon Power Salad. Pan-roasted salmon is served with quinoa, baby spinach, edamame, heirloom tomatoes and a white balsamic vinaigrette.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has introduced the limited-time Pretzel Bacon BBQ Steakburger. It’s made with two steakburger patties with American cheese, bacon, onion, bourbon-infused barbecue sauce and Fat Tire beer cheese on a pretzel bun.

A customer favorite has returned for the summer at Eileen’s Colossal Cookies. Cherry Kool-Aid Cookies, which are loaded with chocolate chips, are sold as a single 4-inch cookie or by the dozen in a 3-inch size. They’ll be available through Labor Day.
