Road Report: Week of Nov. 8
Construction season is here, so we’re giving you a weekly look at what projects are done, where you’ll find traffic impacts and what’s scheduled next.
What’s done
No major projects wrapped up in the past week, but many are in progress.
What’s underway
Lane closures are in place at 12th Street and Kiwanis Avenue to allow crews to replace the accessible curb ramps. Work should be done in about two weeks.

Earlier this summer, the city did concrete repairs along Kiwanis from 12th to 41st streets.
The outside eastbound lane of 41st Street is closed at Terry Avenue for adjacent parking lot repair work. Work should be completed by the end of the week.
What’s next
Various lane closures will be in place beginning Tuesday on Sixth Street from First to Weber avenues to allow for bridge inspection. Work should be completed by the end of the week.
60th Street North will be closed between Velocity Avenue and Veterans Parkway to allow crews to perform underground utility work for the new Public Safety Training Facility. Work should be completed in about two weeks.
