“The fitness center is quite large compared with others downtown, so residents like that, and they really like the lounges, especially the indoor-outdoor lounge on second floor that’s able to be reserved,” Saugstad said.

An incredible outdoor pool, hot tub and courtyard make summer life downtown feel like a vacation.

“We’re the only property downtown with an outdoor pool, so that’s a big seller, and it’s a popular place during the summer,” Saugstad said.

The roof-level lounge and deck provide amazing views of the city.

Plus, dining, shopping and entertainment are waiting without ever leaving home. The first floor of The Cascade is filled with independent businesses, including some just open this spring.
