A brand-new community is bringing affordable apartment options to northwest Sioux Falls.

Jefferson Village opened this summer, offering a variety of options to residents meeting income guidelines.

“We have a set income threshold our residents must meet in order to live in the home,” property manager Cody Darley said. “Once they qualify, residents will be the first people living in their apartment as it just opened this year.”

The location

Jefferson Village is at 4107 W. Innovation St., offering easy access to northwest Sioux Falls and beyond.

“This is near Jefferson High School as well as right off the interstate,” Darley said. “There are many jobs and schools in the area, making it convenient for a lot of people.”

The apartments 

Jefferson Village offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Each includes an open floor plan, with large closets, efficient appliances and a washer and dryer.

The amenities

Residents at Jefferson Village can enjoy a shared community room as well as a playground.
