“We have also been renting like crazy,” Pederson said. “We are now sitting at 57 percent leased, with new applications almost daily. We still have great options available.”

The amenities

There’s so much to do both in and around The District Lofts — with more additions opening this year. Within the building, residents enjoy an on-site fitness center and are loving their fifth-floor community room.

“It’s an extra space that people have been taking advantage of to entertain friends, change up a work environment or just read on the deck,” Pederson said.

“Plus, we already have four on-site restaurants, soon five, retail shopping below without ever leaving home and Lloyd Landing along the river with its own dog park and gathering area.”
