PowderHaus Apartments is a community with living spaces of all sizes, from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, plus two- and three-bedroom town homes.

“Residents who have moved in tell us another standout perk is how all their utilities, including internet, are included,” Langel said.

“We had a great early response when we opened our first units, so we’re excited we have more apartments and town homes coming available in November.”

The amenities

Residents at PowderHaus Apartments now have even more to love.

A recently opened clubhouse includes two golf simulators, a fitness center, arcade games, shuffleboard, Starbucks coffee and plenty of space to host events.

“Our basketball court just opened outside, along with our rooftop deck and fire pit on the fourth floor of the apartment building. And the pool and splash pad are coming soon,” Langel said. “Residents have been excited about the incredible number of amenities available and that there is really something for everybody to enjoy.”
