Apartment of the Week: University Hills Village

An apartment community overflowing with indoor and outdoor amenities has opened another building.

The location

University Hills Village is located on 80 acres northwest of 54th Street North and Marion Road, offering five buildings of apartments near schools and lots of places to work.

“We’re not downtown, but at the same time, we have our own little village, and it’s all about community out here,” property manager Destiny Southern said.

The apartments

The newest building at University Hills Village offers 130 apartments with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

Features include quartz counters, soft-close cabinetry, walk-in closets and some wraparound decks.

“For the new building, all floor plans are available from first through fourth floor, so now is the time to reach out,” Southern said. “We also have commercial retail spaces available in this building, totaling 3,500 square feet between two spaces.”

The amenities

University Hills Village offers tons to do any time of year.

An amenity-filled building includes multiple gathering and game areas, a fitness room plus gymnasium, indoor pool and hot tub. A sports simulator allows for playing multiple games.

A huge courtyard includes multiple areas for gathering and grilling, plus turf areas designed for yard games, bocce and putting. There’s a brand-new pickleball and sand volleyball court.

Individual buildings have on-site amenities such as community rooms, fitness centers and guest suites.

“The amenities are very popular out here,” Southern said. “Plus, in the first floor of our fourth apartment building, you’ll find Credo’s Pub, which offers trivia on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so it’s definitely worth stopping by.”
