Residents at The One2 enjoy access to outstanding amenities, including a spacious fitness center, guest suite and second-level elevated courtyard with lots of seating, plus a fireplace and grill.

“It’s great for hanging out and enjoying the space,” Koch said. “Our temperature-controlled underground parking and sixth-floor community room are also a huge hit with residents.”
