There are one- and two-bedroom apartments available, which is a rarity at Shriver Square.

“Because we’ve taken time to update them, we have some vacancy now, and we don’t expect that to last,” Greer said. “So reach out soon if you’re interested in living here.”

The amenities

The common areas at Shriver Square also have been fully renovated, with all new equipment in the fitness center.

“Everything is accessible here,” Greer said. “You can access a skywalk to covered parking, and Phillips Avenue is at your doorstep. Plus, the first floor of the building includes terrific restaurants, so you can grab a beverage or something to eat without ever leaving the building.”
