We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Josiah’s Coffeehouse, Cafe & Bakery has new daily lunch specials Monday through Thursday. Each will satisfy comfort-food cravings, but Wednesday’s chicken pot pie is sure to be a favorite.

For the rest of the month, diners can try the winning Downtown Pork Showdown entry from Chef Lance’s on Phillips. The Pulled Pork Wellington is pulled pork, boursin cheese and mashed potatoes baked in a puff pastry. It’s served with a whiskey cream sauce. Get it for lunch or dinner.

If you’re a pumpkin spice fan, The Honey Baked Ham Co. has a new Pumpkin Spice Glazed Turkey Breast for October. It’s available smoked or roasted, and can be ordered as a whole turkey breast, by the slice or as part of a meal.

R Wine Bar & Kitchen has a new team in the kitchen, and new recipes are rolling out. For dessert, try the Rosé Creme Brulee, made in-house by Chef Nicholas Skajewski, the new culinary director. It features Italian rosé-infused custard, macerated rosé strawberries, caramelized sugar and coarse blackberry sugar.
