4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

At the new grab-and-go Egg on a Roll, the signature egg for the sandwiches is prepared as a souffle rather than the usual scrambled egg puck. There are six signature sandwiches on a brioche or gluten-free bun plus a build-your-own option with five meats, four cheeses, nine veggies and six sauces. The shop, which started in the Twin Cities almost two years ago, is at 5005 S. Western Ave. at The Bridges at 57th. Pictured is the Chippy Denver, which includes ham, egg, cheddar, bell peppers, spinach and chipotle aioli.

 

Dahlia Kitchen + Bar just started serving brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The Steak and Eggs Avocado Toast-adas feature shaved rib-eye steak, sunny-side-up eggs, guacamole, cilantro and pickled onion.

Squealer’s Smoke Shack in Tea has a new burger. The French Dip Burger is an Angus beef patty topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions and provolone on a toasted bun with au jus for dipping. It comes with your choice of side.

A half-dozen new items have been added to the menu at R Wine Bar & Kitchen. For dessert, try the White Chocolate Pistachio Tart.
