4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The Scapegoat, which opened just before Christmas next to the new Alibi on the east side of Sioux Falls, has a featured Neapolitan-style pizza for April. The Hawaiian has chopped pineapple, rosemary ham and mozzarella cheese on a 12-inch, hand-tossed crust.

For something fresh, Tinner’s Public House and Tinner’s North are featuring the Kung Pow Salad this month. Crisp mixed greens are topped with carrots, cabbage, scallions, mandarin orange slices and crunchy ramen noodles and a side of sesame dressing. Add grilled chicken, jumbo shrimp, salmon or sirloin for an extra charge.

Chick N Max is known for its chicken sandwiches, and there’s a new one to try for a limited time. Buffalo Buttermilk features two crispy chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce and topped with buttermilk garlic sauce, pepper jack cheese and zesty dill pickles.

And for dessert, Parker’s Bistro has a new lineup. Our pick is Chocolate Malt Ice Cream Cake with chocolate cake, espresso ganache and coffee cream.
