4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The Dive has a new entree: Beer Battered Walleye. Two filets are dipped in the restaurant’s signature batter and fried. The meal comes with fries, but customers can substitute another side — some with an upcharge. Walleye is expected to be on the menu until at least Easter.

Here’s a fun pizza burger from Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews that’s a more literal version of the classic sandwich. The Pepperoni Pizza Burger is a  8-ounce ground beef patty topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni between two slices of Texas toast that are covered in melted cheese and pepperoni. Other patty choices are Kobe beef, chicken or veggie. The burger comes with a side.

Fazoli’s puts a spin on a classic dish with three varieties of Lasagna Rolls, which are available through April 28. Our pick is the Classic Lasagna Roll. Lasagna noodles are rolled with a cheesy ricotta filling, topped with sausage, mushroom and meat sauce and then baked.

You’ll probably head to the new Antigua Taco House at 702 E. Eighth St. to try the tacos, burritos and enchiladas, but don’t miss the desserts. Our pick is the cheesecake cup with a graham cracker crust, cheesecake, whipped cream and fresh fruit.
