4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Get your Thanksgiving dinner on a hamburger at TapHouse 41. The Tapsgiving Burger is a turkey burger topped with mashed potatoes, fried green beans, a mushroom veloute, blackberry mayo and sundried cranberries. It’s served with sweet potato fries and will be available for the rest of the month.

Several new items have been added to the menu at 22Ten Kitchen Cocktails. Our pick is the Maple Salmon. It features a walnut crush and maple mustard glaze and is served with a walnut creamed wild rice and sweet potato blend.

The new seasonal menu at PAve includes Buffalo Mac & Cheese. The dish includes breaded chicken, penne pasta, cheesy buffalo sauce, ranch, blue cheese crumbles and chives.

Here’s another mac-and-cheese dish perfect for comfort-food weather. Tailgators Grill & Bar in Brandon is featuring Brisket Mac & Cheese for November. Cheesy pasta is topped with brisket, crispy onions and brisket sauce. It’s served with soup or salad and a breadstick.
