We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Wileys has added brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekends, and everything on the menu looks delicious. Our pick is the Asada Skillet. Marinated and flame-grilled carne asada is served on ancho lime potatoes and topped with colby jack cheese, two eggs your way, pico de gallo, cojita cheese and avocado salsa.

Daily Clean Food & Drink has a new seasonal dish that’s a fusion of traditional spring rolls and Korean barbecue. The Korean Spring Roll Bowl has local bison, homemade kimchi, Korean barbecue sauce, cucumber, spinach, green onion, sesame seeds and cashews on a bed of wild rice. It’s available through May.

Here’s another fun fusion. The Crab Rangoon Pizza is back at Tomacelli’s Pizza & Pasta for the Lenten season. The crust is loaded with a mixture of imitation crab meat, cream cheese and mozzarella. After it’s baked, the pizza is topped with crispy wonton strips, green onions, sesame seeds and sweet Thai chile sauce. It’s available in medium size only.

Cookie Co. has a new treat: Cookie Pops. Flavors vary depending on the cookies of the week.
