4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Pho Thai added its Sushi Bar earlier this month with a menu of sushi, sashimi, salads, maki rolls and chef’s special rolls. Our pick is the Sioux Falls Roll with rice, shrimp tempura, cucumber and spicy tuna. Be sure to grab a seat at Sushi Bar’s new counter that looks out onto Phillips Avenue.

If you like Mexican street corn, Plaza Azteca has a new appetizer. Street Elote is Mexican-style grilled corn on the cob topped with serrano aioli, cotija cheese and chili powder.

Alibi Bar & Grill’s burger of the month is the Cheese Curd Burger. A quarter-pound patty on a Breadsmith bun is topped with Stensland Family Farms cheese curds and ranch dressing.

White Chocolate Raspberry is a new flavor at Oh My Cupcakes. Raspberry cake is filled with raspberry preserves, topped with white chocolate buttercream and garnished with white chocolate curls. It’s a featured cupcake for May along with Mr. GrumpyPants.
