4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

While “flights” typically give drinkers a chance to taste a variety of beverages, Chef Lance’s on Phillips has a mac-and-cheese version on its new menu. The three servings are chicken bacon, barbecue pulled pork and lobster herb. The base is cavatappi tossed with a local cheese sauce, and it’s topped with white cheddar and butter crumbs.

‘Brosia Bowl has a new sandwich: the Mediterranean Grill. Grilled ciabatta is stuffed with mixed greens, feta, balsamic vinaigrette, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, grilled onions and green peppers, Roma tomatoes and kalamata hummus. 

The newest location for The Dive is in Park Ridge Galleria, and here’s one of the must-try items on the menu: the Green Chili Burger. It’s an Oklahoma-style smash patty — yes, fried onions — on a potato bun with bacon, provolone and Hatch chiles.

 

Stensland Family Farms has revamped its ice cream menu with new treats. Any early favorite is Banana Split Nachos with pieces of waffle cone serving as the chips.
