4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Customer favorite salad You Feta Believe It is back on the menu at Crisp & Green. It’s made with spinach, mixed greens, roasted chicken, strawberries, cucumber, feta, sunflower seeds, basil, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen has a new featured burger through May. The Chimichurri Burger has two certified Angus beef smashed patties, fontina cheese, chipotle garlic aioli, chimichurri and shredded lettuce, all in a brioche bun from Look’s Bakehouse. 

The owners of R Wine Bar were honored with the Business Award from Experience Sioux Falls for supporting the visitor industry this week, and this seemed like a celebratory dish to us. One of the May features is chili crunch-braised baby back pork ribs served with three-cheese risotto.

Chef Ellen has a new treat. The shop near 69th and Western has started making keto-friendly chocolate chip dough. The balls come in packs of five. Chocolate salted caramel also is available.
