Crave American Kitchen & Sushi Bar has added Korean short rib tacos to the menu. The braised short ribs are glazed with a miso sauce and served with kimchi in flour tortillas. They’re toped with a spicy mayo, green onion and sesame seeds.
The featured menu for June at Let It Fly includes the Southern favorite of chicken and waffles. Get your choice of fried white or dark meat served with Omaha-made Heavenly Waffles, which are yogurt-based and protein-packed. Top it off with syrup and Fireball honey butter.
The new hot dog cart Let Me Be Frank has started to experiment with different recipes. The Mac ‘N Cheddar Dog made its debut this week. The standard quarter-pound all-beef hot dog is topped with mac-and-cheese, cheddar cheese and Cheetos. Spice it up with pickled jalapenos and a drizzle of sriracha.
It has been a year since Stensland Family Farms made its Dubble Bubble ice cream, but it’s back in the dipping case at the three retail locations for a limited time. The creamery’s bubble gum ice cream has pieces of Dubble Bubble throughout.
