Tour available apartments citywide at upcoming Parade event

From downtown lofts to brand-new living options across Sioux Falls, 11 apartment communities will be open for touring this Saturday.

The first-ever Parade of Apartments for Cresten Properties will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“An event like this makes it so easy to stop by and explore our apartment communities all across Sioux Falls in the same day with no appointment needed.”

Cresten will include the following apartment communities in the event:

“Some of our communities are full and can’t participate, but the majority are going to be open and waiting for you,” Linn said. “And once you begin building a relationship with us, we can track our availability so that when your dream apartment does become open, it can be yours.”
