“The apartments are really large, and they’re also at a great price point. I think that’s what brings people to Windsor Heights. Right now, I have one- and two-bedroom townhomes, one-bedroom apartments and several two-bedroom apartments available.”

The amenities

An updated clubhouse at Windsor Heights includes a spacious community room, full kitchen and fitness center, leading to an outdoor pool.

The tour

Windsor Heights currently is waiving its $150 administrative fee upon move-in and has two-bedroom apartments available for a promotional rate of $950 per month.
