The apartment

The Rowe currently has one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans in the apartment style and the “flat” style — a single-level apartment with its own exterior entrance.

“We have a few apartments available to apply for now for move-in dates between early June and mid-July,” Krager said.

“Our finishes are elegant and neutral, so you can still have the ability to color coordinate and design the interior with your own style.”

The amenities

The Rowe’s clubhouse is easily the showstopper of the property.

“We pulled the mood and bright furniture style from the 1980s,” Krager said. “Our 24-hour fitness center has hilariously encouraging graphics as well as state-of-the-art workout equipment.”

The outdoor pool deck is a great place to grill, lounge around and dip your toes in during the summer.

“And our reservable community room has already been a huge hit with our residents and their nonresident guests, who book it for game nights, wedding showers, birthdays and more,” Krager said.
