The Muse is at 2753 Lancaster Drive, near 41st Street and Ellis Road.
“It’s brand-new, and people love being over here on the west side because it’s close to a lot of grocery stores, a lot of gyms in the area, and then we also have a lot of surrounding schools,” property manager Jackson Jones said.
“We’re a town-home community, and we have two-bedroom flats available now and throughout the summer, and then our two- and three-bedroom town houses are coming available later this summer and this fall and into the winter.”
The apartments
The Muse offers two-bedroom flat-style apartments without garages and two- and three-bedroom two-story town homes with garages.
Modern, high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances are included. You’ll also find large bedrooms, walk-in closets throughout and patios or decks.
The amenities
Residents at The Muse will love getting to know each other at the sophisticated clubhouse, which includes a kitchen and modern fitness center.
And, the outdoor community space is just as popular — with an outdoor pool and lounge seating.
