“There are many options to go out to eat nearby,” Moeding added. “We are also located next to several medical facilities, which are large employers here in Sioux Falls. Our residents also enjoy the peaceful neighborhood.”

“Our homes have a more modern look to them, including dark cabinetry and vinyl colors, and one key feature that prospects do seem to like are our vaulted ceilings in select unit types — especially our town homes — as well as the exposed HVAC ductwork,” Moeding said.

The amenities

When it comes to extras, The Commons definitely delivers.

Residents love the large, 24/7 fitness center, a community room that can be reserved for events for free and a vending area where they can grab Starbucks, snacks and even free popcorn.

“We also have a dog park and outdoor grill area,” Moeding said.

“Our most popular amenity is definitely our outdoor pool. Residents absolutely love coming down to our pool on a hot summer day to take in the sunshine or hop in the pool to cool off.”
