Town homes are finished with smoky gray cabinetry, brushed nickel hardware, light gray walls and white trim.

The entire main level features hardwood flooring, plus you’ll find patios and balconies, a full appliance package and large closets.

The contemporary but comfortable clubhouse is an inviting space, with plenty of seating, a fitness center and places to unwind.

“So on those rainy or snowy days, if you want to get out of your home and come shoot some pool, you can pop on the fireplace and invite your family and friends over for coffee or hot chocolate and just relax,” Hoscheid said.
