Lloyd Cos. continues to experience record-breaking demand for apartment living, with occupancy averaging 96 percent in the first quarter.

“We recognize that demand, and we are responding to it,” Lipp said. “We have some new projects coming that are amazing, and we’re opening additional apartments in new communities that already are extremely popular. Construction today can bring challenges, like it does for everyone, but we promise there is more inventory coming.”
