One of the most popular southwest Sioux Falls apartment communities has some rare openings — and some new additions.

The location

Killarney Crossing is at 4313 W. 58th St., near all the growth and activity of southwest Sioux Falls and not far from the retail center of the city.

“Killarney is in such a good location with everything coming up around it, but it’s still very hidden,” property manager Kylie Bockenstedt said. “There’s nothing too crazy directly around here but enough space to get there within walking distance and still have a nice community feel.”

“For the next few months, we have a few different floor plans,” Bockenstedt said. “There are so many different kinds, so there’s for sure going to be something you’d like. A lot of people that come and tour say they really want their own entrance, their own garage, and you get that here.”

The amenities

Residents at Killarney Crossing enjoy a newly renovated community room, with a kitchen and a perfect layout for game nights and other activities.

“Our residents love to use it for events. They can rent it out; it’s free for them as part of their amenity package,” Bockenstedt said.

There’s also a large fitness center, spacious outdoor pool and a convenient playground for the kids.
