A new town home community is ready for residents just south of Sioux Falls in Harrisburg.

The location

“By summer of next year, we’ll be completely done with over 160 units,” Herrera said. “They’re going immediately. If you want to get one, apply right away.”

The amenities

Creekside Commons is full of things to do inside and out, starting with a spacious community building that includes a fitness center with free weights.

Outdoor amenities include a playground, swimming pool and dog park.
