The Rowe on 57th is filled with amenities, including an ’80s-inspired clubhouse with Starbucks coffee, community lounge and Pac-Man.

“Residents really enjoy the 24-hour fitness gym and the pool area in the summertime,” Darley said. “We have a lot of residents who make friends with each other throughout all the buildings.”
