4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen is offering its spin on what it considers “the best sandwich city around.” The Roast Pork starts with a Philadelphia-style house-roasted pork shoulder and adds sharp provolone, broccoli rabe and roasted Anaheim peppers, all on a hoagie from  Look’s Bakehouse.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop has a new, limited-time Gyro Flat. It’s lamb and beef prepared gyro style, oven toasted with feta on flatbread and then topped with onion, tomato and tzatziki.

When one meat on your burger just isn’t enough, try the new Texas Trio at Fuddruckers. It starts with a butcher’s blend beef patty or a fried or grilled chicken breast. From there, it’s topped with smokehouse bacon, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, hand-breaded fried onion rings and barbecue sauce.

And now for dessert: 22Ten Kitchen Cocktails is featuring grasshopper pie this month. It’s a charred mint marshmallow filling in a chocolate and graham cracker crust, topped with toasted marshmallows and a sprig of mint.
