4 new things to eat this week
We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.
How about an appetizer that’s pleasing to the eye and the palate? The new gravlax small plates menu offering at Parker’s Bistro features beet-cured salmon, herb cream, dressed cucumber, pickled onion, finger lime, salmon roe and an “everything” cracker.

Here’s a new salad just in time for spring: McNally’s Irish Pub is offering a grape and walnut salad. It also has mandarin oranges and feta on a bed of mixed greens with Vidalia dressing. Add chicken or salmon for an extra charge.

There’s still time to try the mahi mahi tacos, one of three Friday fish specials for Lent at Blue Rock Bar & Grill. Blackened mahi mahi in tucked in a corn tortilla with remoulade slaw.

Check out the new cinnamon twists at Flyboy Donuts. The bakery has been making glazed twists for a long time, but now has a version with cinnamon too.
