4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Start your day with a new bagel sandwich at the east-side Bagel Boy. The Piggy Mac has two sausage patties, two slices of cheese, lettuce, pickles and Thousand Island dressing.

This dish is around for only a few days, but it’s still worth featuring. This week’s special at TapHouse41 is seared Copper River salmon over a bed of farro, roasted corn, tomato and feta, dressed with a honey Creole peppadew peach chutney and cilantro.

Here’s a fun fusion. DaDa Gastropub has created the Bulgogi Burrito. Ingredients include fried rice, kimchi, black beans, kewpie mayo, avocado and salsa verde. 

Cookie dough fans might like the sound of this: Stensland Family Farms is serving Cookie Dough Shakes this month at all three retail stores. Chip ‘N Dough ice cream is blended, served with a chocolate drizzle and topped with cookie dough chunks and whipped cream.
