We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

While Wahlburgers is celebrating its 10th anniversary, we’ve had ours in the Marion Road Hy-Vee for less than two months. To mark the occasion, there’s a new limited-time Anniversary Burger. It’s piled high with a patty, mac-and-cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickled onions, government cheese and the signature Wahl Sauce.

Who could say no to a plate of warm cheese? Grille 26 has new Greek-inspired features, including Saganaki. Kefalotyri cheese, which is made with goat milk, was imported by the restaurant at 26th and Western for the limited-time menu. Executive chef Patrick Schmidt compares it to a cross between Parmesan and cheddar. The pan-fried dish is accented with brandy and lemon juice and served with pita bread.

Urban Chislic has a new winter menu that kicks off with this wonton appetizer. They’re stuffed with chicken, steamed and then sauteed to give them a crispy edge. The appetizer comes with rice topped with greens, and there’s sweet Thai chili sauce for dipping.

Intoxibakes has added a second display case to its space in downtown’s Jones421 Building, and that means more delicious treats. While one case is filled with its signature alcohol-infused cupcakes and additional boozy items, the other is devoted to nonboozy baked goods like these cream puffs.
