4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Crawford’s Bar & Grill, which is under new ownership, has been tweaking the menu. The new Whiskey Bites are made with butter-fried prime beef filet finished with a Maker’s Mark sauce, and they’re served with Dirty Fries. 

Flavor squeaks out of every inch of the new Steak Chimichurri Pizza that’s available for a limited time at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub. Here’s the ingredient list: olive oil, garlic, steak strips, red onions, fresh jalapenos and mozzarella, drizzled with chimichurri sauce and dusted with queso fresco.

Looking for a new fish dish? Chef Lance’s on Phillips has added pan-seared sea bass to the dinner menu. The 8-ounce portion of fish is pan-seared with lemon caper butter and comes on a bed of mashed Yukon Gold potatoes. It’s a gluten-free offering.

The Cake Lady designed this dessert that’s being featured on the new Bill of Fare special menu for The Attic Bar & Grill. The Bourbon Apple Spice Layered Cheesecake is just like it sounds: a bourbon apple spice cake enveloped by cheesecake.
