We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The Barrel House has changed its Sunday breakfast buffet to a regular breakfast menu. Our pick is the French Toast Bake. Cinnamon swirl bread is tossed with eggs, vanilla and cream, and then baked. The dish is topped with crumbled Cinnamon Toast Crunch and whipped cream. Breakfast is served from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Nekter Juice Bar has two new nut butter protein bowls. Our pick is the Peanut Butter Protein Bowl. The base is a blend of cashew milk, banana and peanut butter, with a dash of agave and vanilla. It’s topped with peanut butter protein granola, peanut butter drizzle, banana slices and cacao nibs.

Fans of buffalo wings have new ones to try for a limited time. Outback Steakhouse is serving Buffalo Ranch Kookaburra Wings. The fried wings feature a blend of spices, buffalo sauce and a drizzle of ranch dressing. They’re served with ranch dressing and celery. There’s also a sweet barbecue version.

The latest featured flavor at Nothing Bundt Cakes is Biscoff Cookie Butter. It’s available in all sizes through Feb. 15 or while supplies last. The spice cake is topped with cream cheese frosting, a drizzle of Biscoff Cookie Butter and a Biscoff Cookie.
