4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Here’s a great pairing for the beer from Roundhouse Brew Pub. The pub now serves the Giant Bavarian Pretzel. It’s “soft and chewy on the inside with a crisp crust on the outside, dusted with flaky salt.” It’s served with a housemade beer cheese sauce.

A&W has created Dill Pickle Ranch Cheese Curds that are available for a limited time. Bite-sized Wisconsin white cheddar is fried and then tossed in dill pickle and ranch seasoning.

The new Foodie Fare menu at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub includes the Ancho-Crusted Rib Basket. Fire-braised St. Louis-style ribs are rubbed with an ancho spice blend and served with bourbon barbecue sauce, fries and coleslaw that’s made from scratch.

To celebrate the release of “Wicked: For Good,” Crave American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is featuring the Wicked Menu with desserts, cocktails and mocktails through Dec. 15. Our pick is dessert even though we’re wishing the purple one would have been pink. Choose between the Good Witch’s Favorite Blueberry Mousse and Emerald Envy Pistachio Mousse, or get both to share with a friend.
