We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

If you’ve never tried mole before, get ready for the sauce’s complex flavors that star in the Molotes at Dada Gastropub. The ingredient list for the fried pastry that’s a popular Mexican street food includes plantain, poblana, potato, queso and crema.

Take a road trip to Dell Rapids to check out the new menu items at the cafe in the Pinz bowling alley. Owner/chef Casey McCoy and his team have added Krab Rangoon Wontons that are served with a sweet chili sauce. The popular Bacon Jalapeno Wontons are still on the menu.

New menu items appeared this week at Remedy Brewing Co. Our pick is the Loaded Tots. One pound of crispy tater tots is topped with beer cheese, a three-cheese blend, bacon and diced jalapeno. The brewery notes that the dish pairs well with Whispering Radiance, a hazy New England-style pale ale that’s dry-hopped with Talus, Vic Secret and a touch of Simcoe.

You’ve probably tried a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, but how about fish? Granite City Food & Brewery has a new Nashville Hot Fish Sandwich. A crispy beer-battered haddock filet is tossed in Nashville Hot sauce and served with lemon aioli, lettuce and pickles on a toasted brioche bun. It comes with a choice of side.
