4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Botski’s Bar & Grill is known for its fried chicken, and it’s putting that to good use in a new dish: Chicken & Waffles. Two hand-breaded boneless chicken thighs are served on a Belgian waffle with syrup or hot honey drizzled on top. They’re available all day during kitchen hours.

Shrimp Tacos have been added to the menu at Hacienda Jalisco at Benson and Cliff. Crispy shells are filled with grilled shrimp, a little melted cheese, fresh onion and cilantro. They’re served with rice.

Here’s another new seafood dish to try. The SandBar & Grill at Lake Lorraine has created Blackened Salmon Penne. Cajun-seasoned, charbroiled salmon is served over Cajun penne pasta with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms. It’s available until the end of the month.

Roundhouse Brew Pub near 69th and Cliff has a new feature menu. Our pick is the Greek Pizza. It’s topped with pesto sauce, mozzarella, ground lamb, garlic, red onion, kalamata olives, tomato and feta cheese.
