4 new things to eat this week

Paramount Cocktails & Food has several new menu items. Our pick is New Orleans Shrimp. They’re prepared in a New Orleans barbecue sauce of Worcestershire sauce, butter, lemon juice, white wine, heavy cream, onion, and garlic and Cajun seasoning. The dish includes Ricardo’s buttermilk biscuits.

Fiero Pizza isn’t part of the Downtown Pork Showdown this month, but it is featuring pulled pork on two pizzas for a limited time. Our pick is The Porkout with barbecue sauce, mozzarella, pulled pork, bacon, red onion and jalapeno.

Here’s another new pizza to try: Sunny’s Pizzeria has created the Muffa-Likey. It combines Sunny’s spicy marinara and basil pesto with pepperoni, green and black olives, celery, hot giardiniera mix and feta crumbles.

Embrace apple harvest with this featured treat for the month at Stensland Family Farms. The Apple Crisp Sundae has dips of Country Apple Crisp, topped with caramel, apples, oatmeal crisp and whipped cream.
