Paramount Cocktails & Food attached to Minervas has a new menu with a dozen sharable dishes and entrees and one dessert – all focusing on locally sourced ingredients. Our pick is the New York Strip Steak Sandwich. Beef from Morgan Ranch in Nebraska is sliced and served on top of potato bread with garlic herb butter and demi au jus.

RoundHouse Brew Pub has a new featured menu that ends with a filling taste of autumn. Apple Spice Fry Bread takes slices of cinnamon and sugar fry bread and covers it with a caramel apple topping.
