4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Here’s the best of both worlds: steak and salad. 22Ten Kitchen Cocktail’s latest featured menu has a Backyard BBQ theme. The tri-tip salad includes sliced steak on a bed of romaine with tomato confit, cucumber, smoked blue cheese, onion frites, balsamic glaze and horseradish vinaigrette.

The Saucy Boyz in the kitchen at Remedy Brewing Co. took the Downtown Burger Battle entry from earlier this year and turned it into a flatbread. The Remedio has au jus cream cheese, Monument Farms wagyu beef, giardiniera and cheddar with a roasted garlic aioli.

OK, the season of Lent is over, but there are still new fish options out there to try. Wagoo Burger, the kitchen at Fernson Downtown, has added fish and chips. Get beer-battered walleye served with fries and housemade tartar sauce.

Attention, Reese’s lovers. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has two new custard treats for a limited time. One is a shake and the other is a Concrete mixer. Both are made with vanilla frozen custard, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Peanut Butter Sauce and topped with whipped cream.
