4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig int o the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

The featured burger at Tavern 180 is the Jalapeno Popper Burger. It’s a wagyu beef patty topped with garlic cream cheese spread, onion strings, fresh jalapeno slices, jalapeno bacon and lettuce.

The latest featured menu at Roundhouse Brew Pub includes Chicken Nacho Pizza. The crust is topped with queso cheese, chunks of chicken breast, tomato, red onion, black olives, Doritos, mozzarella and a drizzle of taco sauce.

Here’s a new dish at TC’s Referee Sports Bar & Grill that will be available daily through Lent: Salmon de Ravioli. It’s a pan-seared rosemary garlic salmon fillet with a balsamic tomato reduction and ravioli stuffed with mushroom and cheese.

Salmon also is the star of this dish at Ode to Food and Drinks. The Asian Glazed Red Curry Salmon dinner entree features wild-caught salmon over rice noodles, tossed with bok choy and scallions in a coconut red curry.
