Full bar service will be available during the event. The show will take place from 4 to 11 p.m. Thursday and Friday. A raffle for artwork will also take place, with tickets at $1.

July 23: Pound Rockout Workout

Pound is described as a “full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training” and involves Ripstix, which are lightweight drumsticks designed for exercise, as well as music. The class will cost $10 and take place from 9 to 10 a.m. at Sertoma Park. To register for the class, click here.

From Oh My Cupcakes to Skate City, the Familyfest Fun Cruise will take you all over the city to different locations where activities, prizes and treats will be available. Many families will begin at Stop No. 1, which is the Sanford Wellness Center, where free swag bags will be given to the first 50o families. No purchase is required to visit each stop, but additional purchases may be available at each location. For a full map and list of locations on the Familyfest Fun Cruise, click here.
