Feb. 3: Classical music
The Winter Concert Series at the Old Courthouse Museum draws to a close at the end of the month. This Friday, from noon to 1 p.m., you can bring your lunch and enjoy the Dakota String Quartet. Coming up next: James Dean Acoustic on Feb. 10, vocal-and-guitar duo Dave & Vickie Wood on Feb. 17 and the Dakota Ragtime Trio on Feb. 24.

Feb. 3: EastBank art show
EastBank Art Gallery will feature the artwork of member artist Rodger Ellingson through Feb. 25. Also on display are pieces by guest artist Nan Vanhuizen. A First Friday artist reception will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Feb. 3-4: It’s a murder! It’s a mystery!
“It’s a Nice Day for a Dead Wedding,” an interactive murder mystery, runs Friday and Saturday at the Pettigrew Museum. Tragedy has struck a wedding in Sioux Falls — and you can help find the murderer. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for five staggered start times to find the killer: 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30 and 8 p.m. Tickets cost $12. Call the Old Courthouse Museum at 605-367-4210.

Feb. 4: A pop-up and pups
WoodGrain Brewing Co. will host an indoor pop-up from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. The brewery will tap a specialty keg of beer with food from The Smoked Culture. Plus, there’s a pet photo fundraiser. It’s a chance for glamour shots of your pet for a good cause. All slots are filled, but check here for cancellations. There also will be raffle prizes and dog gifts for sale with proceeds to benefit Sioux Falls Area Humane Society.

Feb. 4: Acoustic musicians
Doors open at 7 p.m. for an evening of acoustic music at Full Circle Book Co-op. Featured artists are Xavier Pastrano of Skin of Our Teeth, David Naylor, Tony DePaolo and Brian James Hoffman. Cost is $10.

Feb. 8: Valentine’s Day charcuterie
It’s a BYOB — build you own board — early Valentine’s Day class, and when it’s over, you’ll know how to build your own charcuterie board with a theme perfect for the upcoming holiday. It’s sponsored by Cultivated in Love and Glacial Lakes Distillery & Brewhouse, and tickets can be ordered here. The class begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday and includes cocktails.
