Apartments on the Move: New living options for 2024

From downtown lofts to amenity-filled communities, new apartments abound to start 2024.

In our latest edition of Apartments on the Move, we’ll take you to The Overture in south Sioux Falls, which just opened for new residents. It features a two-story clubhouse, huge fitness center and outdoor pool.

“It’s a great location at 69th and Cliff. We have a lot going on here,” property manager Ilaria Blackwell said. “We have 49 units available right now, from a studio to a two-bedroom, and we’ll have more units opening throughout the year.”

Then, we’ll head downtown for a first look at The District Lofts, which will offer views of Falls Park and the Levitt Shell in addition to easy access to the River Greenway, Jacobson Plaza and all The Steel District amenities.

“It’s going to be outstanding when it’s all finished,” property manager Megan Pederson said. “We’ll have studios, one- and two-bedrooms, and they range in square footage and amenities. We’ve started pre-leasing, and it’s exciting for people to start to think what their space could look like and plan for that.”
