For a limited time, The One2 is offering a $2,500 move-in credit on leases of 12 months or more.

“We give these credits to residents in their account, and they are free to use it however they want,” Mork said. “A great way to utilize it is dividing it up throughout their lease term to decrease their monthly rent amount.”
