Apartment of the Week: Willows South Commons

Submitted

May 8, 2024

This Apartment of the Week is sponsored by Lloyd Cos.

A popular east-side apartment community soon will have a brand-new building for residents.

The location

Willows South Commons builds on the popular Willows Edge and Willows East Commons, bringing 139 new apartments near the intersection of Veterans and Arrowhead parkways.

“Residents love the convenience, from Arrowhead Parkway to easy access to Interstate 90 and, of course, how the shopping, dining and entertainment at Dawley Farm Village is a very short drive away,” said multisite manager Corie Jo McPeek.

The apartments

Willows South will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. They likely will start pre-leasing in June to open later this summer.

“It’s going to be very similar to Willows Edge with black appliances, washer/dryer and patios and balconies,” McPeek said. “This has been a very popular area, and we think these apartments are going to go quick.”

The amenities

Residents at Willows South will enjoy an on-site fitness facility, pool and patio, and access to a neighborhood walking and bike trail, similar to residents at the rest of the Willows development.
