Brand-new apartments with a style all their own are almost ready for residents at a prime southeast Sioux Falls location.

The Overture will open later this year and offer a variety of floor plans, including lofted apartments for a spacious, modern feel.

“These apartments are just opening, and they’re amazing,” property manager Jackson Jones said. “Our residents are loving the look and feel here.”

The location

The Overture is just east of 69th Street and Cliff Avenue in an area that’s filled with things to do.

“This is an incredibly walkable community,” Jones said. “You easily can walk or bike to Starbucks or B&G Milkyway, plus we have tons of new exciting businesses that will be opening in the coming year.”

The area also is close to schools, groceries and an easy drive to many workplaces.

The apartments

Apartments at The Overture definitely have a design all their own. The community offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus options for lofts in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

“You’re going to find tall ceilings, open floor plans and modern finishes here,” Jones said. “It’s a super-unique layout.”

Apartments include full appliance packages, large closets and patios or balconies.

The amenities

Residents at The Overture are going to discover tons to do, inside and out.

A two-story clubhouse includes a community room, fitness center, golf simulator and game room.

“There’s an outdoor pool on the way, too, so next summer should be a lot of fun here,” Jones said.
